The traditional international tournament “19th Agzamov Memorial”, dedicated to Uzbekistan’s first grandmaster Georgy Agzamov, is taking place in Tashkent at the International Chess Academy.
The prize pool is $80,000.
Over 300 chess players are participating in the competition.
The winners and prize recipients will be announced on March 26.
