Mid-level medical staff prepare to work in Italy
The issue of ongoing collaboration was discussed during a meeting between Behzod Musayev, the Director of the Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan, and Federico Riboldi, the Minister of Health for the Piedmont region.
A six-month Italian language training course for nurses has started at the technical school, in cooperation with the University of Perugia, under the Agency for Professional Education.
After the selection process, 1,615 candidates applied for jobs in Italy. Among them, 85 mid-level medical professionals with higher education, holding bachelor’s or master’s degrees, were selected.
In the initial stage, 41 participants will participate in training through the double degree program.
