Specialists in the field of tourism will be trained jointly with Austria
Representatives of the Agency for Governance Efficiency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Bukhara State University, and Namangan State Technical University reached significant agreements in Vienna and Krems.
In Vienna, an agreement was reached to establish joint faculties in tourism and hospitality management at Bukhara State University and Namangan State Technical University, in cooperation with IMC Krems University of Applied Sciences.

Based on Austrian experience, it is planned to establish International Schools of Hospitality Management at the Bukhara College of Tourism and Cultural Heritage and at Chartak District College No. 1 in Namangan region, introducing a dual education system.
A short-term advanced training course will be held at the Semmering Ski Resort Austria for 10 tourism industry specialists from Uzbekistan. Participants will receive certificates from Austrian tourism schools and the International Academy of Tourism.

In October, an international symposium on tourism and a cultural event dedicated to Austrian classical music are planned to take place in Bukhara.
In May, as part of an Austrian delegation’s visit to Uzbekistan, a cooperation agreement will be signed at a new stage.
