Experts from Uzbekistan and Qatar discuss issues of regional security and international politics
A roundtable discussion took place at the Center for Foreign Policy Studies and International Initiatives, with a delegation from the Center for International Policy Research under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar in attendance.
During the meeting, the parties discussed current issues on the international and regional agenda, current trends in world politics, and processes affecting the development of Central Asia and the Middle East.

The participants focused on issues of regional security, the transformation of the international relations system in a changing global environment, and the prospects for cooperation among states in addressing common challenges and threats.
The parties also exchanged views on key aspects of the foreign policy agenda and on expanding interregional cooperation. The experts considered ways to strengthen ties between Central Asia and the Middle East, noting the importance of dialogue and coordination of efforts amid current geopolitical changes.
The roundtable discussion served as a platform for meaningful, open professional dialogue, allowing the parties to discuss issues of mutual interest and exchange expert opinions on relevant international processes.
