Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan enhance their alliance through high-level constructive cooperation
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan Yeraly Tugzhanov visited the Senate of the Oliy Majlis.
During the meeting with Senate Chairperson Tanzila Narbayeva, the parties discussed bilateral collaboration, focusing on inter-parliamentary cooperation and strengthening political, trade, economic, cultural, and humanitarian relations.
It was highlighted that the friendly relations between the leaders of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan help strengthen and deepen the good-neighborly and fraternal bonds between the two countries.

Interparliamentary cooperation continues to grow. The parties emphasized the value of sharing expertise in areas such as lawmaking, parliamentary oversight, engagement with local authorities, advancing Sustainable Development Goals, combating corruption, and promoting gender equality.
The parties also exchanged views on the constitutional reform in Kazakhstan and the new parliamentary model.
