The number of enterprises with foreign capital in Uzbekistan exceeds 18,500

As of February 1, 2026, a total of 18,513 enterprises with foreign investment are operating in Uzbekistan, the National Statistics Committee reports.

Of these, 4,282 are joint ventures, while 14,231 are fully foreign-owned enterprises.

Over the past five years, the number of enterprises with foreign investment has increased 1.9 times. During the same period, the share of fully foreign-owned enterprises rose from 55.1% to 76.9%.

South Korea – 699;
