President of Uzbekistan departs for a working visit to Kyrgyzstan

On August 31, at the invitation of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev departed for Bishkek to attend the meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the SCO Plus meeting.

The events will focus on current challenges related to enhancing cooperation within the SCO and improving the Organization’s activities, as well as exploring future opportunities for international and regional collaboration.

The President of Uzbekistan will hold several bilateral meetings with heads of foreign delegations and attend the opening ceremony of the Sixth World Nomad Games.
