MSU branch in Tashkent celebrates its anniversary with an international conference

An international scientific and practical conference dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Lomonosov Moscow State University branch was held in Tashkent.

Scholars, teachers, students, foreign guests, and media representatives attended the conference. Participants discussed current issues in science and education, shared experiences, and outlined prospects for future collaboration.

Students and teachers shared their impressions, emphasizing the branch’s importance to their professional growth. A festive mood, pride in their accomplishments, and confidence in the future were the main emotions on this memorable day.

Over the past 20 years, more than 1,500 graduates have earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Lomonosov Moscow State University. Rector of MSU, Academician Viktor Sadovnichy, has visited the branch multiple times, praised the facilities and educational and scientific activities, and offered recommendations for future development.
