Exhibition of Uzbek miniatures in Shanghai
A group of artists led by Akmal Nur, Chairman of the Uzbekistan Arts Academy, held an exhibition of modern miniatures from Uzbekistan at the Shanghai Art Collection Museum.
At the opening of the exhibition, Chairman of the Uzbekistan Arts Academy Akmal Nur emphasized that Uzbekistan is committed to preserving the traditions of the great artist Kamoliddin Behzod and advancing modern miniature art.


The exhibition features works from the collection of the Kamoliddin Behzod Museum of Oriental Miniature Art and highlights the contributions of renowned artists Davron Toshev, Khayriddin Mukhitdinov, Behzod Khojimetov, as well as young artists Saida Jalilova, Bakhtiyor Dedashev, and Sherzod Arifbayev, who all play a significant role in developing miniature art in Uzbekistan. The event was also attended by Professor Zukhra Rakhimova, a respected expert in miniature art theory in Central Asia, as well as young art historians Asalkhon Rakhmatullayeva and Zilola Asqarova.
