Tashkent hosted a Demo Day dedicated to the final evaluation of projects of the mGovAward competition in the direction of “Government Mobile Applications Development”.
This competition is being held by IT Park for the third time with the assistance of the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the UAE Government.

At the event, 20 teams, selected by a special commission, presented their projects. The teams were given 10 minutes to talk about their development.
Among the projects that received support from Demo Day was the Drivesafe app, which aims to prevent road drowsiness-related accidents. The Voltiva project simplifies charging electric vehicles using a single program by combining charging stations and home chargers. Ziyarat Mobile app provides detailed information about historical monuments in Uzbekistan. Joyla is a platform for buying and selling products nearby.

The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in January 2024.

The total prize fund of the tournament is $100 thousand.
