Young musicians’ success at “Città' di Barletta”
On 16-21, Italy’s Barletta hosted the 33rd Young Musician International Competition 'Città di Barletta', which was attended by musicians from Italy, Germany, Bulgaria, China, Russia, the UAE, Ukraine, Thailand, South Korea, as well as Uzbekistan and other countries.
Representatives of the Republican Specialized Music School named after R. Glier, showed promising results at this international competition. According to the results, the 8th-grade student of this school Saidshokh Gulomov, was awarded the Grand Prix and participated in a gala concert. While the 2nd-grade student Sevinch Azimova became first, and the 11th-grade student Alisa Salakhova – second. The 10th-grade student Mukhlisa Sobitjonova was awarded a special award for performing composer Dilorom Omonullayeva's work “Dreams of Amir Temur” and participated in the gala concert.
