On April 23-30, Tashkent and Samarkand will host the Second Asia and Oceania U18 Hockey Cup.

Ten teams will participate in the championship, divided into groups A and B. Group A matches will be held in the capital’s Humo Arena complex. Juniors from Uzbekistan, Thailand, Iran, Malaysia, and Kuwait will compete here. The matches of Group B, which includes the junior teams of Mongolia, the UAE, India, Macau, and Indonesia, will be held in Samarkand. The play-offs for 9th, 7th, 5th, 3rd, and 1st places will take place in Tashkent.

The U18 national team of Uzbekistan won the main prize of the 1st Asia and Oceania Hockey Cup, which was held in March last year in Ulaanbaatar.
