As part of the U18 Ice Hockey World Championships in Bangkok, Thailand, Uzbekistan’s national team secured a victory on the opening day by defeating the South African team with a score of 12-0.

Today, March 1, the Uzbekistan team will face Luxembourg. 

It is worth noting that Uzbekistan’s U18 team, participating for the first time in Division III of the World Championships, will compete for victory in Group B against teams from Luxembourg, South Africa, Turkmenistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Thailand. 

The World Championships will continue until March 6.
