A workshop on “Young farmer on the way of innovative development” was held in Pakhtakor district of Jizzakh region.

The event, organized by the regional department of the Council of Young Farmers of Uzbekistan jointly with Council of farmers, dehkan farms and homestead owners, was attended by specialists and young farmers.

Head of "Anvar-A" farm, Hero of Uzbekistan Anorboy Eshmatov has extensive experience in agriculture. Annually, the farm receives high yields by effectively using resources, achievements of modern science at cultivation of cotton and grain crops.

Young farmers heard reports of specialists of agricultural departments and national scientific institutions, became able to see their results on the example of this farm.

At the workshop, special attention was paid to the role of young farmers in implementation of innovative ideas, developments and technologies in agricultural sector, increasing productivity, export potential of agricultural products.

Young farmers received comprehensive answers to their questions from experts.
