Tashkent hosted a meeting with representatives of the Chinese company Xiaomi in connection with the opening of a service center of this company in the capital city.
A presentation of products took place.
The center created in Tashkent is the first in Uzbekistan. It provides clients with services at the level of world standards. As noted by representatives of the Chinese company, the goal of the project is to increase the service level to a qualitatively new level.
The Manager of Xiaomi for CIS and Central Asia Liu Chen emphasized that the Uzbek market is a great opportunity for the company.
“The opening of the center of exclusive services allows Xiaomi to be closer to customers and improve the quality of services. Service is one of the areas that allow you to constantly improve. We understand this, and our goal is to create an equal service system for all customers”, said Liu Chen.
The center employs experienced masters. Troubleshooting is carried out by specialists who undergo product repair training and mandatory certification several times a year. Only original spare parts, as well as technical documentation and software created by Xiaomi engineers, are used for repairs.
“Now the company’s service center has opened in our capital”, said Oybek Kalandarov, Manager of the Xiaomi Marketing Department in Uzbekistan. – The company’s products have their niche in the market of our country. In the future, it is also planned to open an official office of the company.
