WYAU Representative Office has been opened in Latvia
Representative Office of the World Youth Association of Uzbekistan (WYAU) has been opened at ISMA University in Riga.
Representative Office of the World Youth Association of Uzbekistan (WYAU) has been opened at ISMA University in Riga.
The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of Latvian public, scientific, cultural-humanitarian organizations, diplomatic corps, compatriots, as well as Uzbekistan youth studying in Latvia.
The opening of WYAU Representative Office in Riga is an important event for Uzbekistan youth not only in Latvia, but also in the Baltic States as a whole. This will be a platform for communication, exchange of experience and knowledge, and discussion of current issues. The ISMA leadership is ready to provide all possible assistance and support the activities of the Representative Office.
ISMA President Roman Djakon noted that Uzbekistan is going through a historically important stage of its development, and the country is undergoing dynamic changes. ISMA opened its first branch in Uzbekistan on the basis of Fergana State University, where undergraduate programs are taught in such popular specialties in the country as business administration, information-communication technologies and tourism.
