Tashkent gets ready for the next international sports competition.

It is expected that on November 20-21 this year, athletes from about 30 countries will take part in the World Fencing Championships in Tashkent.

To date, applications for participation in the competition have been submitted to the organizing committee by such countries as Russia, Poland, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Egypt, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Belarus.

Singles competitions will be held on the first day and doubles competitions on the second day of the championship.

Uzbekistan’s Zaynab Dayibekova will take part in the competition along with other athletes of the country.
