At the 3rd World Combat Games in Riyadh, Uzbekistan’s athletes won 8 gold, 7 silver, and 11 bronze medals.

At the World Combat Games, which covered 16 sports, Uzbekistan’s 44 athletes participated in 8 sports. In total, there were almost 1600 athletes from more than 120 countries. Athletes from Uzbekistan took sixth place in the team event.

At the World Martial Arts Games in China in 2010, Uzbekistan’s athletes took 20th place in the team competition with 2 gold and silver medals. At the competitions held in Russia in 2013, they were in 28th place among 130 countries of the world (then our athletes won one gold and silver medals and two 2 bronze medals).
