World Boxing to hold 11 tournaments this year

The World Boxing has announced the dates and host countries for 11 tournaments scheduled for this year.

The World Boxing Cup’s first stage, to be held from April 20 to 26 in Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil, is widely regarded as the most prestigious and significant event. The second stage will be organized in China from June 15 to June 20. Tashkent will host the final stage from November 25 to December 2.

The following tournaments will also be held during the year:

Commonwealth Games 2026: Glasgow (Scotland), July 23 – August 2.

Asian Games 2026: Aichi/Nagoya (Japan), September 19 – October 4.

Youth Olympic Games: Dakar (Senegal), October 31 – November 13.

World Boxing U19 World Championships: the venue will be determined soon.

Asian Boxing Championships: Ulaanbaatar (Mongolia), March 28 – April 11.

European Boxing Championships: Sofia (Bulgaria), September 15-26.

PanAmerican Boxing Championships: Puebla (Mexico), October 10-17.
