The 9th Baku International Book Fair, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Heydar Aliyev’s birth, is taking place in Azerbaijan.

As part of the events, a presentation of a hundred-volume book, which included the works of 1010 famous poets, writers, and thinkers of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States, “Masterpieces of Turkic Literature”, took place.

Members of the Uzbekistan delegation spoke about the creation, the team, and the works. Proposals were made to develop cultural and enlightenment ties between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.

Foreign publishers and writers proposed translating the works included in the collection “Masterpieces of Turkic Literature” into other languages, published on the initiative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
