Women inventors’ contest at Inha University
Awarding ceremony of winners of “100 best innovative projects of women of Uzbekistan” republican contest, organized by the Women’s Committee of Uzbekistan and the Center of Women Inventors of Uzbekistan was held at Inha University in Tashkent.
Awarding ceremony of winners of “100 best innovative projects of women of Uzbekistan” republican contest, organized by the Women’s Committee of Uzbekistan and the Center of Women Inventors of Uzbekistan was held at Inha University in Tashkent.
New varieties of plants, medicines, ICT developments, training programs, handicrafts, business projects, as well as clothing products were presented at the contest.
More than 4 thousand women involved in implementation of technical projects, rationalization proposals and innovation developments presented their inventions, innovative ideas, technologies and projects in the first stage of the contest. The authors of best creative works, inventions, developments received the right to participate in the final stage of the contest.
Following the contest, winners were awarded in nominations such as “Best invention”, “Best useful model”, “Best industrial sample”, “Best program and database for computer”, “Efficient innovation project” (in priority directions of science and technology), “Best business project” (in various areas of economy), “Successful start” (for women wishing to introduce innovative products in small companies), “Best innovative project of women artisans”, “Best innovative project in social sphere”, “Promising innovative idea of a talented girl”.
Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Chairman of the Women's Committee of Uzbekistan T. Narbayeva delivered speech at the event.
