On the occasion of International Women’s Day, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan hosted an international roundtable discussion of Uzbekistan and Russian women entrepreneurs, timed to coincide with the start of the filming “Women and Roads: The Way to Yourself”.

The event was organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and the “Sharq Ayoli” International Women’s Public Foundation.

The First Deputy Chairman of Uzbekistan CCI I. Jasimov, the Chairman of “Sharq Ayoli” International Women’s Public Foundation S. Tursunbayeva, the Chairman of the State Committee for Family and Women O. Parpibayeva addressed the roundtable discussion from the Uzbek side.

On the Russian side – the head of the delegation, the screenwriter of the project “Women and Roads: The Way to Yourself”, entrepreneur K. Kretova, representative of the Women’s Business Club of Saint Petersburg, the producer of the project “Women and Roads: The Way to Yourself” A. Kameneva, and others.

Within the framework of the event, the film project “Women and Roads: The Way to Yourself” was presented. It is dedicated to the versatility and multifunctionality of women in the modern world.

At the event, entrepreneurs shared their experience of doing business in Russia and Uzbekistan, discussed gender issues that affect communication and promotion in the business community, and exchanged ideas on the formation of harmonious female leadership in business.
