The 5th Islamic Solidarity Games in Turkey’s Konya city are one of the most prestigious competitions for Uzbekistan athletes this year.

The games, which are expected to feature athletes from over 60 countries, are attracting more attention this year than ever before.

Today, on May 14, the Uzbekistan weightlifting team consisting of 18 people departed for Turkey to prepare for the games.
