During my visits to China, I became convinced that managers and officials, regardless of their field of activity, use their time effectively, do not waste a minute, and strive to complete their tasks efficiently.
The Chinese are organized and disciplined, achieving great success in all areas.
At enterprises, everyone works in special clothing, and in the management system, the relationship between the manager and employees is based on high culture, respect, and strict rules.
Digitalization and automation are at a high level – traffic management, security, and safety services are fully integrated with the video surveillance system and are performed automatically, without the human factor. All payments, orders, information about the activities of entities, and communications are carried out through a single electronic application.
They respect the national values, unique traditions, and customs of the people. All this is of paramount importance both in the family and in work groups.
Of course, our management system and the relationship between the manager and employees are also based on mutual respect and a responsible attitude towards the common cause. But we can learn a lot from the Chinese regarding discipline, tireless work, and goal-oriented pursuit of results.
