A nationwide referendum on the draft Constitutional Law “On the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan” also began in Kashkadarya region in the early morning.

Hokim of Kashkadarya region M. Azimov, together with his family members, voted at the 4th polling station in the city of Karshi.

According to the Chairman of the precinct commission Gulnara Tursunova, 1,055 citizens living in the “Geologist” and “Khontepa” mahallas will vote at the polling station. Of these, 64 people are voting for the first time, 71 citizens voted early.
