Voting continues in Japan
Today, at 8:00 a.m., elections of deputies to the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis and regional, city and district Councils of People’s Deputies began in Uzbekistan.
It is noteworthy that parliamentary elections this year are held under a mixed majoritarian-proportional electoral system for the first time in the country's history.

Voting began at 4:00 a.m. Tashkent time at polling station No. 56 at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Japan.


For information, 57 polling stations in 40 countries have been opened for the elections.
