During the Asian Men’s Club Volleyball Championship in Thailand, the Secretary General of Uzbekistan Volleyball Federation H. Nasrullayev talked with the leadership of the Asian Volleyball Confederation, in particular, with the General Secretary Kiattipong Radchatagriengkai about the further strengthening of the development of volleyball in Uzbekistan and on the continent as a whole.

The parties exchanged views on the participation of Uzbekistan athletes in international competitions.

Agreements were reached on holding the U-17 Asian Women’s Championship on June 6-13, 2022 in Tashkent and the U-23 Asian Club Championship in Uzbekistan in 2023.

According to the agreement, the Asian Volleyball Confederation, through the holding of these championships in Uzbekistan, will provide Uzbekistan with a set of world-class volleyball equipment worth $56 thousand.

The parties agreed to organize workshops at the international level for Uzbekistan judges and trainers.
