During the visit of the President to Bukhara region, several textile enterprises were launched.

In the first stage, the production of yarn was established. In the next step, it is planned to supply fabric and finished products.

In recent years, cotton-textile clusters have taken an increasingly firm place in the life of society. Most of the projects launched during the visit of the Head of state to Bukhara region fall to the share of clusters. Vobkent Tola Cluster LLC, founded by Bukhoro Global Megatex and Bukhoro Agrocluster in Vabkent district, has set big goals for the future.

– Inspired by the reforms carried out by the Head of our state, we carried out work on modernization, – says the head of the company, Abdulaziz Sultanov. – The project’s total cost is $500 million, and the annual production capacity increased to 10 thousand tons of yarn. About 700 jobs have been created.

The company has several export contracts with Türkiye and European countries. It is planned to establish the production of fabrics and finished products. As a result of the launch of this project, more than 1,000 women will be employed. Work is underway to further expand the company’s activities with the participation of foreign specialists.

– I have been working in Uzbekistan for sixteen years, – says Ali Sial, a technologist at a Pakistani enterprise. My job is quality control. Our products are exported to Türkiye, China, Russia, and Europe. We are planning to expand our work in this direction further.

Notably, each project launched during the visit of the President created specific jobs for hundreds of Bukharians. Thanks to this, the material interest of families will increase, and their living conditions will improve.
