Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Vladimir Norov has met with the Minister of Tourism of the State of Israel Yoel Razvozov, Uzbekistan MFA reports.

Current issues of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Israel in various spheres, with an emphasis on intensifying ties in the trade-economic sphere, were discussed at the meeting.

The Israeli side highly appreciated Uzbekistan’s tourism potential and large-scale transformations carried out in this direction. It was noted that recently, interest in Uzbekistan as a promising tourist destination has been growing all over the world, including in Israel.

Specific proposals were considered to increase the tourist flow to Uzbekistan, develop the tourism industry of the country, improve and expand the types of services provided to travelers.
