The Winter Meeting of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly took place in Vienna on February 23-24.

The meeting was attended by members of the delegation led by the First Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sadik Safayev.

Meetings and roundtable discussions were organized with the participation of the Vice-President of the Parliamentary Assembly, the Special Representative on Fighting Corruption, the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media and the Director of the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna.

First Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Sadik Safayev and Executive Director of the Development Strategy Center Eldor Tulyakov delivered speeches about the reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan.

The participants showed great interest in the ongoing reforms in Uzbekistan.
