Corruption is a great obstacle to state and social progress.

Combating corruption is one of the urgent global problems. In Uzbekistan, as in all countries of the world, an uncompromising struggle is being carried out against this negative phenomenon, international cooperation has been established, and the best practices of foreign countries are being studied. A system of compliance control has been introduced in organizations and institutions.

“By the relevant decree of the President, Uzsuvtaminot JSC carried out several productive works in combating corruption”, says Kamoliddin Yuldashev, head of the Compliance Control Department for Combating Corruption at Uzsuvtaminot JSC. – A compliance control system has been introduced in the joint-stock company and at its territorial enterprises. 14 internal regulations have been developed to streamline the sphere of combating corruption. Almost 500 meetings and roundtable discussions dedicated to the fight against corruption took place this year. The payment system was transferred to electronic form to prevent corruption situations in 81 districts and cities.

Uzsuvtaminot JSC received international certificates for Quality Management (ISO 9001) and Anti-Corruption Management (ISO 37001). Experts are carrying out activities to ensure the transparency of various payment transactions to prevent and combat corruption.
