The Chairman of the Board of JSC Uzbekneftegaz met with the President for the Asia-Pacific region of the American company Schlumberger (SLB).

The parties discussed the current state of cooperation, the implementation of joint projects, and prospects for the development of the oil and gas sector.

During the dialogue, they expressed interest in strengthening a strategic partnership to introduce advanced technologies, increase the efficiency of oil and gas operations, accelerate digital transformation, and implement innovative solutions across all stages of exploration, development, and operations management.

The results of implementing the Field Management Application project, aimed at integrating field management in the Ustyurt region, were also discussed. Achievements attained under the project were noted, existing operational challenges were identified, and specific steps for implementing its subsequent stages were outlined.

At the meeting, special attention was paid to issues of digitalization and the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies. Following the talks, JSC Uzbekneftegaz and SLB expressed their readiness to strengthen and expand strategic cooperation in digital solutions, project management, and the implementation of innovative technologies.
