To deepen international cooperation in the energy sector and introduce modern management practices, Uzbekneftegaz representatives met with a delegation from McKinsey & Company.

Issues of modernizing the energy system, introducing innovative solutions, and ensuring the sustainable development of the industry were discussed at the meeting.

In addition, current trends in global and regional energy markets, their impact on the economy of Uzbekistan, as well as priority areas of development, were analyzed in detail.

The importance of increasing the efficiency and sustainability of energy systems, as well as the use of innovative technologies and modern management methods, in the context of the transition to a low-carbon economy was also emphasized.

The parties noted that cooperation with international experts from McKinsey & Company will contribute to improving the corporate governance system, strengthening institutional stability, and increasing the strategic potential of Uzbekneftegaz JSC.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to strengthen cooperation.
