Uzbekneftegaz and the Institute of Oil and Gas Technology Initiatives of the Russian Federation signed a memorandum in Tashkent on the development of a standardization and conformity assessment system.

Based on this document, the parties plan to strengthen cooperation in introducing international standards into production.

The Institute of Oil and Gas Technology Initiatives has developed more than 170 standards for pressure, rotary and pumping equipment, automation, and building codes.
