The exhibitions organized during the Uzbekistan Energy Week have been completed. Several meetings took place, and agreements were reached.

Negotiations between Uzbekneftegaz and Baker Hughes took place on the second day of the week. The parties discussed the prospects for mutual cooperation, the creation of a working group consisting of responsible technical specialists from Uzbekneftegaz, UzLITIneftegaz, and Baker Hughes, and a joint study of the possibilities of replacing gas turbine engines with electric motors.

It should be noted that the American company Baker Hughes, which provides drilling, reserve assessment, and field development services, operates in more than 120 countries worldwide.

During the dialogue, the parties agreed to hold a remote technical session for UzLITIneftegaz and Uzbekneftegaz JSC specialists dedicated to modern technologies and solutions for utilizing carbonate anhydride.

Following the negotiations between Uzbekneftegaz and Baker Hughes, an agreement on the maintenance of compressor stations was signed.
