Uzbekistan’s young judokas back on the podium
At the Junior World Judo Championships in Sofia, Bulgaria, the Uzbekistan national team has won four gold, one silver, and one bronze medal.
On the third day of the competition, Uzbekistan’s judoka Sadulla Ravshanov claimed a bronze medal in the -73 kg weight category, while Inomjon Bakhodirov defeated Giorgi Mumladze of Georgia in the final match of the -81 kg category to become world champion.
Today, August 30, on the fourth day of the championships, the women will compete in the -70 kg and +70 kg weight categories, while the men will compete in the -90 kg and +90 kg categories.
