Italy’s Teramo hosts the 51st Interamnia World Cup 2024.

The current prestigious tournament, organized since 1973, involves teams in 5 age categories from more than 40 countries on five continents.

Uzbekistan U18 is in group B among such countries as Poland, France, Chinese Taipei, Libya, Italy, and Algeria.

On July 9, Uzbekistan’s athletes played the first match against Italy’s ASD Polisportiva Città Sant'Angelo.

In the competition, which took place in a stubborn and fierce struggle, Uzbekistan’s players won the match against the host country representatives with a score of 25:12.

The winners will be announced on July 14.
