On March 23, the Uzbekistan Olympic football team led by Timur Kapadze will begin its participation in the international tournament in Dubai, UAE. In the first round, Uzbekistan will play against Saudi Arabia.

The teams participating in the Dubai Cup will compete in a round-robin system. Uzbekistan team will play in the second round on March 26 against the UAE national team, and the opponent of the third round will be determined after the first games by team points.

The tournament is attended by the UAE, Uzbekistan, Croatia, Japan, Saudi Arabia, China, Thailand, Qatar, Vietnam and Iraq.
