Eindhoven, the Netherlands, hosts the Word Youth U16 Chess Olympiad.

In the prestigious tournament, with 63 teams from 47 countries, young chess players of Uzbekistan also decided to test their abilities. Humoyun Bekmurodov, Bakhrom Bakhrillayev, Afruza Khamdamova, and Asrorjon Omonov met with the Canada-2 team in the 1st round. Uzbekistan’s chess players beat their overseas rivals with a score of 4:0.

The Olympiad consists of 9 rounds and will continue until August 18.
