On the last day of the World Weightlifting Championships, held in Colombia’s Bogota, athletes competed for medals in the +109 kg weight category, which is considered the heaviest.

Members of Uzbekistan team at the World Championships won 3 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medal and received the necessary rating points to participate in the upcoming Olympic Games.
