Uzbekistan delegation took part in the Business Tourism Management fair in the city of Bari, Italy.

At the event, tourism market experts presented their latest travel destinations and services, as well as discussed current trends in the tourism industry.

At the event, a presentation was held on “Friendly tourism for Muslims”. Detailed information was provided about the systemic work to develop tourism in Uzbekistan, including the conditions created for foreign tourists in the direction of pilgrimage and the concept of the “Samarkand – Tourist Gate of New Uzbekistan”.

Following the presentation, foreign guests were informed about the 25th General Assembly of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) to be held in Samarkand in October 2023, the Tashkent International Tourism Fair, the Pilgrimage Tourism Week, and other events.

Wedding tourism, beauty tourism and the concept of B&B (Bed&Breakfast) directions were also presented.
