Uzbekistan companies took part in the 9th International Textile Fair “Fast Textile 2023” in Poland, the country’s economic magazine “Rynek Inwestycji” (“Investment Market”) reports.

Uzbekistan’s stand was very popular among foreign exhibitors. Over 20 Uzbekistan’s textile companies presented their products on 215 square meters.

“Every year, we sell various textile products in Poland for $67.5 million”, the Ambassador of Uzbekistan Amirsaid Agzamkhodjayev said.

Uzbekistan companies signed contracts worth more than $30 million during the fair.

At the meeting at the Embassy of Uzbekistan, an agreement was also signed between Targi Kielce S.A. and the Uzbekistan Textile and Garment Industry Association. As part of this agreement, Uzbekistan textile companies will present their products at the International Textiles Fair, Materials, Accessories and Machines “My TexStyle”, which will be held in Kielce on May 7-9, 2024.
