The International Table Tennis Tournament “Kazakhstan International Open” will take place in Karaganda on 15-19 September.

According to Kazakhstan Olympic Committee, the competitions are organized under the auspices of the International Table Tennis Federation. The prize fund is 30 thousand dollars. More than 70 athletes from Kazakhstan, Austria, Saudi Arabia, India, Belarus, Russia, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan are expected to participate in the tournament.

Chairperson of Uzbekistan Table Tennis Federation Saida Makhmudova noted that many athletes are preparing for the tournament. The tennis players will be known in the coming days based on the decision of the coaching council.
