Uzbekistan’s Sunnatillo Murodullayev won a silver medal at the Egypt Para Open Tournament.

The tournament was attended by athletes from Chile, Cameroon, France, the United Kingdom, Greece, India, Côte d'Ivoire, Jordan, Japan, Kazakhstan, Mauritius, Pakistan, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Spain and Sri Lanka - 91 men and 41 women.

This championship is an important tournament before the Paralympic Games to be held in Paris in 2024. Our compatriot and Camelia Ciripan from Romania successfully passed the mixed doubles qualifiers in the XD14 category and reached the final.

In the final, the couple competed with Egyptian athletes. In an uncompromising struggle for victory, they lost to their rivals with a score of 3:2 and became the owners of silver medals.
