Tomorrow, the 3rd CIS Games will begin in Azerbaijan.

The competitions, which will be held across seven cities of the country, will bring together about 1,800 athletes from eight states.

Participants will compete for 246 sets of medals in 23 sports.

Today, the first group of Uzbekistan’s athletes departed for Azerbaijan. More than 250 athletes will represent the country at the Games, which will run until October 9.
