A delegation led by the Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis N. Ismoilov visits Tehran.

A meeting was held with the Speaker of the Parliament of Iran, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf.

The Speaker of the Iranian Parliament highly appreciated the large-scale reforms carried out in Uzbekistan under the leadership of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev in political, economic, cultural-humanitarian and other spheres.

The parties discussed issues related to raising collaboration to a new level and exchanging experience between the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Iran’s Islamic Consultative Assembly.

The parliaments of the two countries should actively contribute to further development and strengthening of interstate relations.
