The delegation of the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service held cultural enlightenment events in Denmark called “Uzbekistan’s priceless legacy”.

In connection with the 43rd Session of the UNESCO General Conference to be held in Samarkand in 2025, higher education institutions, tourism organizations, museums, and other cultural institutions of the region will organize presentations, concerts and exhibitions, cultural events devoted to culture and history, traditions and values, and modern life of Uzbekistan in foreign countries.

It was noted that within the framework of the event organized by representatives of the Samarkand Institute of Economics and Service at the Aarhus University of the Kingdom of Denmark, presentations were held on the scientific enlightenment legacy of great ancestors, exhibitions of national handicrafts, miniatures, and national cuisine dishes. Cooperation issues in science were also discussed with the leadership of higher education institutions.

The events were attended by representatives of government organizations and the Danish diplomatic corps, students of foreign universities, and the general public.

Recently, the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages team conducted similar educational events in Azerbaijan and Mexico.
