A presentation of Uzbekistan’s potential in mechanical engineering took place in the capital of China within the framework of the Beijing International Automotive Exhibition.
The exhibition is organized in cooperation and sponsorship of the China Machinery Industry Federation, China National Machinery Industry Corporation, China International Chamber of Commerce, China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, China International Exhibition Center and China Society of Automotive Engineers.
The exhibition, covering an area of 220,000 square meters, featured 117 new types of cars, 41 concept cars, and 278 new energy models from well-known domestic and international brands.
As part of the presentation of the country’s potential, participants were informed about trade, economic, investment, cultural, humanitarian, and tourism relations between Uzbekistan and China, the development of entrepreneurship, business opportunities, benefits, and favorable conditions for foreign investors created in the country.
Particular attention was paid to the modern development of the automotive industry in Uzbekistan. Representatives of the Chinese business community showed interest in the possibilities of bilateral cooperation and expressed a desire to visit Uzbekistan soon to discuss related issues.
