Uzbekistan’s national cuisine presented in Uzbekistan
On March 1, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Azerbaijan organized a master class on cooking Uzbek national dishes.
Uzbek chefs showed the process of cooking dimlama, samsa and Uzbek bread, commenting on each stage of cooking and the used ingredients.
Guests and participants enjoyed national art objects, jewelry, clothing and culinary traditions.
The event was covered by Azerbaijan’s Space TV channel.
