The Ministry of Energy of Uzbekistan presented a shortlist of renewable energy sources (RES) projects, which are at the stage of completion of tenders, and announcing tenders.

A project at the stage of completion of tenders:

1. Construction of a 100 MW wind farm in the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

Projects at the stage of announcing tenders:

1. Construction of photovoltaic plants with a total capacity of 500 MW in Bukhara, Khorezm and Namangan regions.

2. Construction of photovoltaic plants with a total capacity of 400 MW in Kashkadarya and Fergana regions.

3. Construction of a wind farm with a capacity of 200 MW in the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
